Services 2.0

Services2

Currently, we provide cardiac perfomance services for cyclists (similar to VO2 stress test, featuring lactate test protocol) with a FDA approved technology. Cyclists are benefited from cardiac assessment while exercising and are provided with cardiac efficiency vs exercise intensity (aerobic and anaerobic ranges), their optimal cadence range, recovery time, and the optimal output power for maximum cardiac performance.

 Efficiency Test

The test protocol for men is a worm up for five minutes at 100W and increase by 25W every three minutes until exhaustion.

The test protocol for women is a worm up for five minutes at 80W and increase by 20W every three minutes until exhaustion.

Efficiency Test

We do not exercise to increases heart rate. We exercise to increase heart capacity, i.e. stroke volume. Therefore, knowing cardiac power provides the required information to calculate efficiency, aerobic and anaerobic stages.

 Cadence Test

The test protocol for a cyclist is a worm up for five  minutes at 100W at a normal cadence. Then cycling at 10 cadence lower then natural cadence and increasing cadence by 5 cycles per minute every three minutes for six stages.

Cadence Test

The right cadence helps with increase efficiency and exercise intensity. Some individuals perform better at higher cadence and some at lower cadence. Know your preferred cadence for you to increase cycling intervals and intensity. Focus on the right exercise training to cycle at the right cadence and increase performance.
